Chi Alpha Internationals (XAi) is an endeavor of Chi Alpha Campus Ministries, U.S.A. to welcome and expose to Christianity international students studying on US university campuses.  Over the years, many international students have desired to serve in leadership roles, so the national XAi leadership team created a training curriculum to prepare them.  Together with 13 other collaborators, I created a stunning 164-page full color book.  To accomplish this monumental task, I assisted in the development of an overall aesthetic, curated in-house and stock photography, created a layout template for chapters, and designed many supplemental pages.
